Windows 10: Error Code 0x00000e and Boot Problems

A few months ago, I bought a 500GB sata SSD to replace my 128 GB NVME SSD so that I could have larger storage for my windows drive without having to constantly make space in the 128. The 128 was my old boot drive, and the goal was the make the 500 the new boot drive. I duplicated the 128 to the 500, changed the boot priority in bios, and started my PC. It worked without any troubles. So for the past few months, I did not touch any data on the 128 just in case there was a problem with the new boot drive and I needed to revert to the original 128 as the boot drive. Error code 0x00000e upon trying to boot in safe mode

The thing is I went to boot my pc in safe mode from the system configuration, when I restarted that's when I got the 0x00000e code. If I try to force boot from my ssd it says to enter proper boot device like the drive doesn't have windows on it

And i think I do have to get a new ssd because all of my drives have less than 25 gb free, and I can't access my computer because of the 0x00000e error

Randomly my windows 11 mouse cursor wouldn't stop flashing the loading icon. I tried to find if it was an application but I couldn't find anything. I go to startup settings and set to boot in safe mode. I restart and then it gives me error 0x00000e. If I try to force boot from my ssd it tells me there isn't a boot device. I disabled safe boot in cmd and that still did nothing. I would rather not buy a new ssd and windows 11 if I can. I'm not sure how this could happen
