Windows 10: Error code: 0x80070003 while signing in 'Mail' App

So, I usually opened the 'Mail' App today and what i see is i am signed out, and when i tried to sign back in, i got this nonsense, helpless error code message

Error code 0x80070003, while trying to sync Mail app. Windows 10.

I have tried all suggestions but nothing works. I cannot sync mail in windows 10 mail app. I get error code 0x80070003. Please help! Microsoft is getting rid of Windows Live Mail which really works, and I cannot make the mail app work.

Also change the Sync Settings in the Mail App, follow the steps below to change mail app sync settings.

1. On Search, click on “Mail” to open the Mail App.
2. Click on “Settings”.
3. Click on “Accounts”.
4. Click on your email account from the list of accounts.

5. Select the option “Email” under the section “Change mail box Sync settings”.
