    Hello, I was trying to update my windows 11 because I've been having some issues and I got the error code above. I was then trying to download something off the microsoft store and I had a similar issue, saying that windows update service was disabled. I've tried everything, watched every youtube video out there, and nothing will help. I tried to do a manual update of windows with an iso file, and it got stuck at 87%. Can anyone please help me? Literally nothing I've done has fixed anything.

    Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
