Windows 10: Error code: 0x80070005 while trying to play video

I want to play and .mp4 file but it won't play on movies and tv. I tried to uninstall and when reinstalling I recieve this error code. How can I install it back since I don't want to use other players.

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
