Windows 10: Error Code 0x80070005

Tried to install LAVaudio.ax and LAVvideo.ax and got messages that they were loaded, but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80070005. I reviewed some of what has already been posted, but they seem to be problem specific instructions.


I have no idea which category this question should be in.

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
