Windows 10: Error Code 0x80070005

I've dealt with this problem for many weeks now and all I wanna do Is play Forza Horizon 4 & Sea of ThievesI tried to solve it by myself with a bunch of forums but none of them seemed to helpI start off by downloading the entire game which takes me a few days depending on the sizeand after waiting for that it says error code 0x80070005 and if i try again it downloads another 50mb super quickly and then says error againthe problem only comes in when installing but downloading is fine. I have tried resetting Microsoft store, reinstalling, taking ownership of WindowsApps and deleting cache. I

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?
