Windows 10: Error Code 0x8007000d when trying to download Windows 11 23H2 repair version

I've been trying to fix my "Windows 11" operating system by downloading the "repair version" option in Windows update because a lot of my Windows features haven't been working correctly and "File Explorer" crashes when opened, but I haven't been successful. Here's how it goes when I try to download the "repair version" option.2024-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems KB5041585 - Download error - 0x80240008failed, the number of attempts is three.

Error Code 0x8007000d when trying to download Windows 11 23H2 (repair version)

I've been trying to fix my "Windows 11" operating system by downloading the "repair version" option in Windows update because a lot of my Windows features haven't been working correctly and "File Explorer" crashes when opened, but I haven't been successful. Here's how it goes when I try to download the "repair version" option

1. I go into "Windows Update" then "Advanced Options" then into "Recovery" and choose the "Fix problems using Windows Update"

2. It goes and downloads like any other update, giving me the "Restart" option when it's time to properly install the "repair version"
3. It restarts my PC, and boots up again starts "Working on updates" as per normal
4. Then it restarts and starts "Working on updates" again, but then all of a sudden it switches to "Undoing changes made to your computer"
5. Then it boots back into "Windows" and in "Windows Update" it says the following: "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll have try to download the update again later." and it displays "Error code: (0x8007000d)"

So I attempted to repair my installation using the ISO and it tried "Working on Updates" again then it restarted and gave me the same "Undoing changes made to your computer" thing, and after it restarted the "Windows 11 Setup" pop-up said:
"We couldn't install Windows 11"
"We've set your pc back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 11."
And it gave me the error code. "0x8007000D - 0x20006" and followed it up with.
"The installation failed in the SAFE-OS phase with an error during REPLICATE_OC operation"

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?
