Windows 10: Error Code 0x80070057 The parameter is incorrect.

Hello experts,I want to free up my C-Drive to install other software. ITS URGENT.I do not know what files I can move.There are many folders in C-Drive $Getcurrent, Program files, Program filesx86, Program data, USERS, Windows- the major size occupiers, still there are folders less than a GB in size.If I try to move User folder - an error pops up 'Code 0x80070057 The parameter is incorrect'.Then I tried to move this folder into folders like documents, downloads, etc - but same error pops up.I googled and saw - they suggested me to update,I checked my updates - Windows11 update is available -

But you are sending me back into my original problem. If I boot from USB installation disk, I got the error at the end of restore

hi... I am using a windows10 and i receive the error "0x80070057 the parameter is incorrect" when i try to cut/copy mp4 files from my iphone to my pc or to my external hard drive.how can i solve this problem?? Help me please.. thanks.
