Windows 10: error code 0x80070057

I'm getting error code 0x80070057 windows 10 (frrsh installed,upgraded from windows 7) while copying files from external hardrive (seagate freeagent go flex 1TB) to pc.

The files I'm copying are about 100 gigs +-10, it's multiple folders with sub-folders.

But all the files which aren't in any folder or are really small like documents, jpg, pdf etc don't give the error.

Hello, I had to go back to rename numerous files that I messed up in naming. I went through and fixed the names of maybe 30 files. One file, however, refuses to change. Every time I change the name (the file is not open in any programs) and hit enter or click out of the text box, it gives me the error 0x80070057. I even changed two other files after that one, it's just this one file that won't change. This is the Error box that pops up:
