Windows 10: Error Code 0x8007007B , cant activate any product key in Windows 11

None of the keys I can find seem to work, it always shows the same error. I've tried ShowKeyPlus, the cmd panel and tried looking in the registry editor. All of them show different keys but none of them work. I need help because I just recently formatted my pc to windows 11 using rufus, not sure if using rufus might be the cause but I did download windows 11 from the official windows website.

Windows 10 Activation Error Code: 0x8007007B


I upgraded from 8.1 on Dell XPS 8700 and the download and installation completed flawlessly. I did a winver and it shows Windows 10 Build 10240.

However, it will not validate, showing the error below.
"The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. (Error code: 0x8007007B)"

I also ran software that returned the following information.

"Windows Product Key Information
Product Name: Windows 10 Home
Product ID: 00326-30000-00001-AA668
Installed Key: TX9XD-98N7V-6WMQ6-BX7FG-H8Q99
OEM Key: *****-*****-*****-*****-HFQ2D
OEM Edition: Win 8.1 RTM Core OEMM

What am I missing? Or is it really a Windows Activation Server Issue?

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.
