    Error code: 0x80070004-0x200D during WIN 10 Install.

    " error code 0x80070004-0x200D " The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the MIGRATE_DATA operation"

    Received above code midway during first upgrade attempt from Win 8.1 to Win 10 (Both - Win PRO - 64 BIT).

    I have very few applications and practicaly NO DATA on this machine. And PC was fully updated before first attempt to Upgrade. Seach of WIN 10 MS web sites, this forum, and Win 10 help pages finds: "nothing found".

    Any Thoughts on how I should proceed ??

    activate win10 problem after update from win8

    I updated my Win8 to Win10. Now try to activate it. when I insert the win8 key it comes with the following message/error:

    "This product key is being used by on another PC. Please try a different key."

    Error code: 0x803fa071.

    The win8 is the one came with he new laptop. I replaced the HDD (broken) with a new one, used the recovery USB and installed win8, updated to win8.1 and win10.

    Any comments are welcome.

    Upgrade from win8 to win10

    I have already upgrade from win8 to win10 before 29 July 2016. After that my HDD is broken, I have to install windows on my new SSD. I use same key which I use to upgrade from win8 to win10 to install win8 (Niow it's 8.1). Today, I want to upgrade win10
    and I have some question.

    1. Is there a upgrade directly from win8.1 to win10 ??

    2. Can I use my win8 key to install win10 using windows10 installation media (with clean installation).
