Windows 10: Error code "0x800700B7" in Microsoft Store

I tried to install an app but meet the error code "0x800700B7".I can't install it. I have tried many methods like deletint the cache, resetting the store but unfortunatelly no one worked.What should I do with this problem

Windows Store Error Code: 0x800700B7

I have had for multiple months now a windows store error Code: 0x800700B7.

I am on Windows 10 Version 20H2 (Build 19042.1348)

I do not wish to run windows 11 or 21H1

This occurs anytime I try to download and install any apps. It will download the app then start installing it before throwing up this error.

I managed to fix it today temporarly by updating windows but after two apps, it is giving me an error.

I have tried the following;

• WSReset
  
• Windows Updates
  
• Windows Store troubleshooter
  
• I have tried using power shell command "Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}"
  
• I WILL NOT be reinstalling windows, reseting it or anything of that sort as I should not have to and already have previously and the problem is back again.

Windows Store Error Code: 0x800700B7

I did chkdsk /r and then DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and sfc /scannow.

It returned this;
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

I went to the windows store and tried to download and install something and i got the same error code: 0x800700B7

I had tried all except re registering MSoft Store , but that unfortunately did not work .

Very intermittently use SurfEasy VPN, but last time used pre dated this build & problem by some time.

Have built pc systems /rebuilt windows op system literally100's times over 25 years for myself and others, and troubleshooted most known problems but this looks like a reinstall.
Not listed in Microsoft web notice as ongoing issue involving current build.

Only had Store problem once before since it was introduced years ago, and that was easily resolved !
