    Error code 0x800701b1 occurs when playing media files.


    Recently I have got error code 0x800701b1 when I try playing a video or music file. I don't install any other programs or applications since problem occured. Please give me advice to solve this problem. Thank you for reading.

    error code 0x800701B1 and the backup

    Each time I make a backup, I get this error code 0x800701B1 and the backup does not work even though it has transferred some files.

    Have tried running debugging, but it doesn't help either, so now I'm trying here

    That error means "A device which does not exist was specified." Check your settings and be sure the drive is accessible.
