Windows 10: Error Code 0x80070422 Windows 11

I've been trying to fix this code for a while now. I cant install any apps from the Microsoft store because of this, and its just pissing me off at this point. I've followed many tutorials and this forum Code: 0x80070422 - Microsoft Community. None of the methods have worked, and I don't plan on hard resetting my device. this problem has existed for a couple years now according to the forum, so I hope there is a solution.
