Windows 10: error code 0x80070426 windows 10 update assistant

hi,

1.

i am having a problem with the latest update on windows 10.

when i get to the page where it says "getting your update ready"

it comes to 100% and then thereis a page says something is wrong and gives a error code 0x80070426

i dont know why it is not letting me update windows 10


2. im having problems in getting into a different Microsoft user account on my laptop it tells me about the group policy service and tells me to contact the system administrator i do not know how to solve this please help
