Windows 10: error code 0x80070426 xbox app/ windows update how to fix?

I recently discovered that i cannot run the Xbox app i get an error code instead 0x80070426. I have searched up solutions and I tried almost everything, but nothing has worked so far. I tried troubleshooting windows update and after scanning for issues and seeing the report it read Check for Windows update issues detected, i assumed it fixed my problem but when i try opening the xbox app i still get the error code and i run the troubleshooter again and the same issue is detected. i looked throught the detailed report and i see multiple problems and im not sure how to go about fixing them.I've

If you received this error code 0x80048504, there could be an issue with the Xbox live server, your network connection, or with the account itself. For us to resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps

Please click this link. This process will check and resolve common issues with the apps on your PC.



Step 2: Reset the Windows Store to clear the Store cache.

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
• Click on Command prompt (Admin). 
  
• Type wsreset.exe and then hit Enter. 

Step 3: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox App to update it.

• Click Start and type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
• Right-click and then select Run as administrator.
• Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage.
• Hit Enter. 
• Launch Windows Store and download the Xbox App.

Can't open Xbox app. It gives me 0x80070426 error code in windows 10

Hello, tonight i wanted to open xbox app but it gave this error (0x80070426) than i search some solutions and found out my gaming services is not running properly one was running and one was not. When I tried to run the other one, it gave me 1060 error code says that gaming services does not exist. Then when i looked at the regedit, GS folder realy was not exist. When i tried to run Gaming services repair tool it also gave me 0x8000ffff code and gave up there. This morning I deleted MS and Xbox app and gaming services(via Power shell) tried to download everything back with xbox app that I downloaded from xbox site (since it downloads everything back it self) but it also did not helped. I am still having 0x80070426 code and gaming services is still giving me 1060 error code. But now gaming services folder exist in the regedit tab. Can anyone help ? (My windows is also up to date.)
