Windows 10: error-code-0x80070456-0xa0019-windows-10-media

I just did a Fresh install about 1-2 weeks ago. I've been installing Only the necessary software to start so I could get a good base for a backup in case something like this happened. Every time I run the media download tool, reguardless of where I put the windows.iso file, as soon as the download verification is done, the file disappears. I followed the steps in the answer within http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...10-media/6e0d339c-a6da-4574-bd97-ca9c4f17e74f in which I have had no luck.

I am looking to create a USB Back up of Windows 10 to install on a hard drive on a different computer.

I am using an Acer Aspire E5-573G 64-bit with Windows 10.

I am looking to install the USB back up on a 32GB Sandisk Ultra fit.

While the media is being created it reaches to 50% before showing me the following:

There was a problem running this tool

We're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support. Error code: 0x80070456 - 0xA0019

Can anybody give me some advice?

Window 10 Media Creation Tool errors with 0x80070456 0xA0019

I am trying to use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to create a bootable USB flash drive but am getting an error message. It seems download the files successfully but fails part way through transferring the files to the USB drive.

The error message code I get is "Something went wrong ... 0x80070456 - 0xA0019"

The steps I take are

1. Run the program
   
2. Accept the license conditions
   
3. Choose "Create installation media for another PC"
   
4. Language "English (United States)", Edition "Windows 10", Architecture "64-bit (x64)"
   
5. Choose "USB flash drive"
   
6. Choose the USB flash drive from the list
   

I am running Windows 10 Professional. The USB drive is 64Gb.
