Windows 10: error code 0x80070490 and others while downloading games on Microsoft store

I have tried sfc/scannow i have tried DISM.exe /Online /Cleaup-image /Scanhealthafter that didn't work i did wsreset.exe that didn't work either so i did the following in PowerShell

Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* Remove-AppxPackage
Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}

I even updated windows and did it all again nothing didn't work it just doesn't and now I'm just tired what should i do pls help

Microsoft store app upgrade error 0x80070490


I noticed some apps that needed updating on my tablet, so I clicked on the store icon expecting it to upgrade to the Microsoft store, but I get this: Well this is embarrassing. Followed by this error 0x80070490.

No problems upgrading it on my laptop. Any help would be appreciated.
