Windows 10: Error Code 0x800704cf help! tried everything

I keep trying to sign into the Xbox app or Microsoft store but I'm hit with the error code 0x800704cf. I've tried changing my adapter settings, resetting my TCP/IP and reinstalling my network adapters to no avail. However when I try to log into a different Microsoft account on the Xbox app on the same computer it works. So I'm not sure if it has something to do with my computer or account. Please help!
