Windows 10: Error Code: 0x800704cf

I am unable to login or access the internet on microsoft edge, microsoft store, and the xbox app. I have:1. Checked with new different account2. Disable Microsoft client from network settings3. Windows update is enable and I am getting updates normally.4. Reset the DNS cache5. Reset windows store cache6. Ran relevant troubleshooters.
