Windows 10: Error code : 0x800705AA when downloading files

Hi,I've been getting the following error code: Error 0x800705AA: Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service whenever I try and download a file of any size, ranging from 8gb+ from my companies server onto my local drive via file explorer.I've done this countless times before and it wasn't until after the Christmas break that this issue occurred. The download fails and if you keep pressing retry, eventually the file does download, but that means I can't have it passively downloading.There's space on my D: drive 234gb free of 1.8tb and there's even space on my C:

Whenever I record a video with OBS studio as an mp4 file and export it to my computer, whenever I try to play the video it says it can't play, giving me the error code 0x800705aa. I've tried every single format you can make the video, but nothing has worked.
Each time I try to play it, it just says that error message!
