Windows 10: Error code 0x800706be

Hi guys, i recently moved most of my parts to a new build and when loading windows 10 back up i seem to be unable to update my os. I have the error code "0x800706be" and message "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes.". I have googled and YouTubed many videos on how to fix the problem but none have worked. Does anyone know a way to fix this? System spec:Ryzen 7 3700xRTX 3060 OC 12GBASROCK Riptide B550 PGBEQUIET 750W Power supply1tb HDD 1TB SSD 480GB Kingston ssd windows installed herePlease reply if you need any more info Thanks!
