Windows 10: error code 0x8007139f on windows 10 update

hello I get an error 0x8007139f everytime I try to update my windows 10 on my HP envy my system says it is not up to date, I also can not add my face or pin to log in after having service on my laptop.

Windows Defender Error Code 0x8007139f whilst updating

I was running Windows Update and the Windows Defender update had an error.

Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.213.1605.0) - Error 0x8007064

From another comment, it suggested to open Windows Defender and update there.

I got the same error as posted here. 0x8007139f

I also have Norton installed on this computer

When I try to scan my PC , it says that the scan could not be started and "the group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation." and displays the Error Code 0x8007139f.

I several times restarted the computer but it shows same Error Code 0x8007139f.

i am using

WINDOWS 10 Operating System (64 bit)

Activated with Digital Entitlement
