Windows 10: Error Code 0x8007251E Can't Get Windows to Activate

I have Error Code 0x8007251E, I have not changed Hardware, the Watermark just showed up while my PC was Running for No Apparent Reason. Have tried the Commonly Recommended Batch File fix and it did not get rid of the Watermark. Rebooting makes it disappear for a while but it returns, Windows still shows as not being activated when the Watermark is not Present. The Troubleshooter did nothing but give me information that was useless to my Situation. Clicking Activate told me that I was not Connected to the Internet. I was Literally Watching Netflix at the time.
