Windows 10: Error code: 0x80072F76 - 0x20016

Hello team Microsoft, I'm here because I wanted to reformat my loptap system, I want to do it because it's running really slow and I'm afraid that I have download some unwanted viruses via Hacked games, now I know that you're mad at me but listen humans learn from their mistakes.


so I was running my Refreshing windows 10 tool that I have download from this website and when I tried to run it, it keeps on giving me "no changes were made" and "Error code: 0x80072F76 - 0x20016" so I need your assistance please I did everything but there's no hope even the original " setting-> recovery -> Remove everything."
