error code 0x800736B3 while enabling Windows Subsystem for Linux, Virtual Machine Platform and .NET Framework 3.5.when I try to install any games Linux apps or Windows updates my PC does not support any of those applications.showing error like0x800736B30x800f081fetc.I have tried to advance turbo shooting from the system but it also stopped.what to do now?My current Windows build and version is-Microsoft WindowsVersion 23H2 OS Build 22635.3066

it says referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

PC-lenovo ideapad5. i5 11th gen.

RAM-16 GB, SSD 512GB

 

Virtual machine and Windows subsystem for Linux

Once I enable Virtual machine and Windows subsystem for Linux and install Ubuntu from app store on Window 10 home (2004) the laptop screen is having some flickering issues. The issue got resolve if I disable these two.

If anyone experience the issue, please suggest the permanent resolution.

Unable to enable virtual machine platform.

I have a dell inspiron 3505 with ryzen 5 3540 processor running windows 11 and I was trying to run windows subsystem for android and for that I had to enable virtual machine platform.

But when I tried to do so, after turning it on from the "turn windows features on or off" and restarting the pc, the update goes till 96% and then gives and error that it ran into some problem and then reverts the machine to its original state and thus does not install virtual machine platform.

Please help.

Note:- If it helps somehow, I have both VMware workstation and VirtualBox installed on my pc.
