I have tried EVERYTHING I still have the problem and I can download my game. If you find ANYTHING please let me know. One article I have used is

Yes, I have created a new local admin account. I get the same error code (0x80073CFE) in "Store" when trying to update apps on the new account.

• Press Windows Key + R.
• Type, WSReset.exe, then hit enter.
