Windows 10: Error Code 0x80073d19 When Trying To Install Game From Xbox App

I am trying to install the game subnautica from the xbox app. I bought the game off of there and every time I click install it instantly gives me the error code 0x80073d19. I tried uninstalling the xbox app and reinstalling, I updated windows, I signed in and out of microsoft, I tried installing to a different drive nothing works.

I had The Outer Worlds installed from game pass. I was playing without errors for a week until it suddenly appeared in the xbox app as uninstalled. I tried signing out of the app, restarting the app and restarting my PC, but the same result.

If I try clicking install I get an error 0x80073d19. The "find help for this" link provided and was directed here Xbox Support

I searched for the error code and found no results.

Error 0x8004E103 when trying to install Gaming Services, Xbox (BETA) apps

I am an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber. In December, my Xbox (BETA) app stopped working to browse and install new games. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and got the above error code when reinstalling.

In searching for solutions to this to reinstall Xbox (BETA), one suggestion involved uninstalling and reinstalling Gaming Services from the Windows Store, and I'm getting the same error trying to reinstall this app.

I've tried a number of solutions found online (WSReset, check date/time, install updates) and nothing is working. I now cannot play any game installed from Windows Store. Can anyone help?

 

Error 0x80070490 when trying to install games from Xbox PC app

I have the PC Xbox app and previously it was working normally, but recently whenever I try to install anything it stops immediately with error code 0x80070490. I have tried all the steps on the troubleshooting page (restart, update everything, reinstall the gaming services). Windows Update and the Microsoft store seem to be behaving normally, it's just the Xbox app specifically that's giving me trouble. I contacted Xbox support and we tried a few additional troubleshooting steps, but I'm still having the same problem so they sent me here.
