Windows 10: Error code : 0x80080005 - 0x90018

I am trying to get the Windows11 Installation media on a usb since my other laptop has corrupted stuff it says 0xc0000185 but always get this error code

I have a serious problem about using media creation tool. Everytime i got this error code 0x80080005 ~ 0x90018. Please help.

trying to create an bootable usb drive for a new pc build when the time comes, used media creation tool but get [error code: 0x80080005-0x90018 ] did the troubleshoot for windows update and it says - Service registration is missing or corrupt and {check for windows update issues - fixed this}, looked up how to fix the {service registration is missing or corrupt} to no avail, ive done the sfclogs and cbs none are corrupt... HELP!! Thanks in advance!
