Windows 10: error code 0x80090027 with PIN login

I have an issue with window 11 ver 24H2There is no issue login with microsoft Acc with password on the same user profile.I have tried to reset PIN , change it to new PIN number reboot the laptop can not login with PIN error code 0x80090027.I have tried login in safe mode same issue.run repair and run it again same issuethe main error I am getting when I try to use PIN "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available code:080090027. Restart your device to see if that fixes the problem."I have restarted I have already run SFC /scannow all OKDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /O

Login problems windows 11 with PIN/Face recognition/fingerprint code 0x80090027

My laptop changed from windows 10 to windows 11 overnight. Suddenly I have problems with logging in to my computer. My face recognition works but my computer switches to PIN. PIN and fingerprint don't work. The only way to login is password.

I also get an error code: 0x80090027. The advice I get is restart the computer but that doesn't help as well.

I have reset my pin in Laptop and then when I try to login with PIN getting Error message like "something went wrong and your pin isn't available code: 0x80090027" everytime. I have tried restarting the system and that doesn't works. I could not get exact steps to fix issue. please provide the proper steps to fix this issue for windows 11.
