Windows 10: Error code 0x800f0922 Failed update install attempts

Hi, I've tried everything, but I can't seem to install these updates, I would appreciate some help 'cause I'm going crrrazy.


I'ved checked the .NET Framework, turned it on. No luck.


I'ved tried turning off my firewall. No luck.


I'ved tried resetting the Windows Update Componentes. No Luck.


I'ved tried running DISM.exe /restorehealth on the CMD. No Luck


I even tried to increase the size of my partition... No luck...

Windows fails to update, error code 0X800f0922

Windows has failed to update numerous times. It will get to a 92% install and then backtrack, and uninstall the update. The error code I get is "Last failed install attempt on 7/29/2019 -0x800f0922.

This is for the 2019-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4507435)(9).

How do I fix this problem?

I'm having very much the same issue, unfortunately your solution doesn't solve the problem. I followed every step, but upon re-booting and trying to install the update with the same error code 0x800f0922.

Hi microsoft,

I just buy new laptop HP with intel celeron and windows 10 home

when my laptop connect to internet, my windows 10 update automatically running.

however, when windows ask to restart system for completing update, the windows 10 update failed install with error code 0x800f0922

the failed install is for

1. 2018-10 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4100347)

2. 2019-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4489868)

it happening again and again, every time will update but never done update.

I have tried to install windows update with you application.

but it says that 2018-10 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4100347) not applicable for my computer?

why?
