I recently wanted to enable .Net Framework 3.5 to play older games but when I try to it gives me an error

and yes i have tried the .Net Framework repair tool.

I tried to install SQL Server Management Studio on windows 10 but need to install .net framework 3.5 and when i trying to install .net framework error code 0x800f0922 occurred.
