Windows 10: Error code 0x801901f4 upon trying to login to all Microsoft products - on Windows.

For two weeks, I have tried to sign into my 365 educational account, my Microsoft Store and even just my Outlook New account and - every time - get a 0x801901f4 message. Then, this afternoon, got hit with the ol' "Buy a $250.00 Microsoft card and we'll send you the money. Promise!" scam. Created a new Microsoft "umbrella" account, which my ORIGINAL one is the only Microsoft account I can still access with no problem - and this is only happening on Windows. I have an Android phone with the Outlook app. No hitches at all, except that my Gmail account keeps sending me notices every 15-20 m

Windows 10 error 0x801901f4

I have a very annoying problem with error 0x801901f4 and I am looking for other suggestions or solutions. It started with a Windows notification that there was a problem with my Microsoft account. Clicking on the notification to fix it, I get the message
to login but after trying I can't due to error 0x801901f4. Upon investigating the error, I discovered that it is commonly a problem with Windows Update or Windows Store.

My lumia 1520 can't login to outlook acc and store and when trying to fix the acc this massage appears ( something went wrong we're sorry, but weren't able to do that Error code : 0x801901f4 )

however i can login to my account from pc without any problem
