Windows 10: Error code 0x80248014 in Windows 10, prevent me to update the OS

Hi there,


since a short while I cannot update Windows 10 on my laptop.

I have tried multiple solutions that could have been found on the Microsoft answers and from https://windowsreport.com/error-code-0x80248014-windows-10/


After trying solution 6 I have doubt that it will work.

I am an amateur user and don't know much about fixing the problems like this one.

The image that they mention in sol. 6 is something I cannot find.


Could someone please help me? Due to this problem I cannot even play music or hear anything via the speakers or headphone, even though the system says that it works fine.


The laptop is updated from Windows 8.1 to 10.
