Windows 10: Error code 0x803F700F

I had my Windows activation and everything was working find. Until I updated Windows and my activation was just gone. I didn't change any kind of hardware or anything it just disappeared. This happened before but I was able to just click I changed my hardware and it gave it back. When I look for this error code it's rare and there really aren't any fixes that worked for me. When I went to customer service and explained the problem they kept asking if I had a product key and then continued to hang up on me. I have the order history and order number etc. if that helps. Also I bought it digitally

when trying to activate windows 10 i get a error message "Something prevented us from communicating with our activation servers. Wait a few minutes and then try again" (0x803f700f).

I am fully connected to the internet. I have tried the last 2 days same thing, what can this be?

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
