Windows 10: Error code 0x803f8001 on sticky notes

There was an update,apparently, for sticky notes, but it seems I am not able to update and I get the error message that is posted in the title. The fix I found online was to uninstall the app and reinstall, but that doesn't work for apps like sticky notes. What do I do? I get the error message every time I boot up my computer because it's part of my start up programs.

Sticky Notes error

Sticky Notes stopped working for no apparent reason. At startup, this message appears: "Sticky notes is no longer available to you" and tells me to go to the store. When I click the button to go to the
store, it takes me to the Sticky Notes page on the Windows store and shows that there was an update to Sticky Notes, however I cannot download it for some reason. The error code given is 0x803F8001, which as I understand it is just a general Store error.

I can't use Sticky Notes and can't fix or uninstall the installation.
