Windows 10: Error code 0x803fa067 Windows 11 activation

Hi, i got a new laptop with an original copy of windows 11 but it's not activated. I don't have the original key available because windows 11 should be activated with the device, however this is not true. I contacted ASUS where the laptop is from and they told me to contact microsoft, i have been trying to contact microsoft support over the past 2 months and all my filed tickets are cancelled without a call back from an agent. Windows is not activated, troubleshooter shows error code 0x803fa067what to do? i'd appreciate some insight thanks

Does anyone know what this error refers to ?

It refuses to activate my licensed copy after a fresh rebuild.

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.
