Windows 10: ERROR CODE: 0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed> 0x80004002

Please help me fix this issue. Integrated/Built-in camera works fine when using third-party video conferencing apps. Tried creating a new user too, tweaking camera drivers rollback, update, and reinstall, and tried repairing then making sure that the Camera app has permission to access the camera hardware. But for some reason, the Camera app itself from Microsoft which came pre-installed won't work and shows the error code from the attached file below:

0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed>(0x887A0003) - neither integrated laptop nor external USB webcams work

My webcams don't work any longer, and I'm getting 0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed>(0x887A0003) when opening the Camera app on Windows 10.
