Windows 10: Error code: 0xc0000001 and BSOD Bad_Systrm_Config_Info at the same time

Hello there, I'm having 2 errors at the same time; error code 0xc0000001 and bsod Bad System Config Info. I'm looking how to fix the issue on the internet, the proven method is using the automatic repair on start up. But, these two error won't let me access it because they loop into each other. They said, how to access the automatic repair is while the windows logo or the manufacurer logo shows up, I need to turn off the pc then repeat this process three times. But every time I turn the pc on, it always ends up into these two errors. So I'm stuck in a loop.Btw, I'm using windows 10 on Asus X44

BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

Tried Andre Da Costa suggestion - at the end of the installation process comes the message "Inaccessible boot device" and it reloop again to try to boot.
