Windows 10: Error code 0xc0000006, literally no games or windows things will work including the task...

My computer wont work. Maybe its my graphic card which is radeon idk. Please help me figure this out microsoft store already messes with me enough.

Error status 0xc0000006

Every time I login I get the message:

C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft.windows.gdiplus_6595b64144ccf1df_1.1.10586.20_none_db007f1392e69ef4\gdiplus.dll is either not designed for Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or
contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000006.

If I look at this file, it was modified on 12-08-2015.

Since I don’t know what program uses this file I have no way of fixing it.

Any suggestions?
