Windows 10: Error code: 0xc000000e in Windows 10

I am encountering this error code during the startup. When I press the escape key on this screen, I can open my computer through the UEFI firmware settings without any problems, but I have to repeat this every time I try to boot the computer. I cannot use any Recovery option on the computer or this error screen, including the command prompt. I cannot repair, restart, install any version of windowsusing all the options or upgrade to windows 11 on my computer because I am faced with the same error screen when the computer is rebooted.
