Windows 10: Error Code 0xc0000098 when booting from USB for Windows Installation, other than that...

Error Code 0xc0000098Whenever I try to boot from my bootable USB for windows installation by selecting my USB from boot menu, Windows logo shows up but after a moment this error shows up. I've tried chkdsk method, tried bootrec method but they didn't work.Moreover, when I do Startup repair from advance menu Windows logo show up saying diagnosing, but after a moment that stops as well.I've Reset the windows from Recovery as well but no fruitful outcome.Kindly if anyone can help, It has been ages since I did a fresh install. I want to do clean install but this problem is getting in the way.

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
