Windows 10: Error code: 0xc00000e9 while doing Fresh Start on Windows 10

Hi.


I'm getting an error while doing a fresh start on my Windows 10 Pro due to performance sluggishness of my laptop. On first restart the error page appears and provide this error code: 0xc00000e9. "There was a problem with a device connected to your PC. An unexpected I/O error has occurred."


There are no peripherals connected to my laptop except for the charger cable. I believe there's no issue on hardware specifically on HDD as it starts normally after I force shutdown my laptop. Pressing F8 doesn't seems to work as well as it will give me back the error page.


But I suspect this is an issue with Windows/Hard Disk Drive interaction, as before the process, my HDD utilization is in <55% without any software, folder, or any settings opened only the Task Manager, with the AntiMalware Service Executable being the highest HDD utilization service.


Any ideas how can I go past over this error? Or if not, are there any alternative methods so that I can speed up my slowing laptop without the hassle of reinstalling the OS on a bootable drive and keeping my personal files intact?
