Windows 10: Error code 0xc0000142 blue screen of death loop stuck in advanced startup

Hi I have a Dell laptop running Windows 11, recently I was experiencing an error on Microsoft edge of overflowed stack files, and it wouldn't load new tabs, so I went in the windows security app and added a program "msedge.exe" and I turned on the ACG "arbitrary code guard" that a Windows website suggested I do to solve the issue, then I restarted my pc, wile in the middle of the restart it paused and gave me a blue screen of death with error code: 0xc0000142, then it automatically did a startup repair and said it could not fix the issue then I had two options :restart and options-or something

My computer is in a loop of the blue screen of death. The error code im given is kmode_exeption_not_handled

After a few times of the pc looping itself, it beings me to recovery. Jow do i fix this issue?

There are a lot of factors for this matter to occur. To isolate the issue, we have some questions for you:

• 
  What activity have you done to
  trigger the NTFS and FAT FILE SYS loop?
  
• 
  were there any error messages?
  
• 
  What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  

It is possible that the
Boot
Sequence were corrupted by the previous activity which
triggered the Blue Screen Error and the loop. We recommend that you perform these
suggested troubleshooting
and see if there are any changes:

Startup Repair.


To access the
Startup Repair Screen, turn off the
PC 3-4 times(force shutdown),
while on the Blue screen Error. This will route you to the
Startup repair screen:

Advanced Boot Options > click Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt

and run the following command:

Run SFC Scan:  

SFC
will
scan
and
run
an
automatic repair
to any
corrupted system files
that it will detect. We suggest that you perform it twice. To run an
SFC scan, follow these steps:  

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.  
  
• 
  Type
  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.   
  

Boot Record:

This will fix the corruptions on
boot records or boot
sequence. To run this command, follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.
  
• 
  Type the following command:  
  
  • 
    Bootrec /fixMBR  
    
  • 
    Bootrec /fixBoot
    
  • 
    Bootrec /rebuildBCD

Getting blue screen of death loop

Windows 10 blue screen loop is an error that usually occurs when you are stuck in a Blue Screen of death reboot loop. It can be caused by a Windows Update, a device driver update or a recently installed hardware.

1. Uninstall corrupt driver
