Windows 10: Error code 0xC004C008

I bought a new DVD of Windows 11 Pro, but it's displaying that the product was used previously on another device! I tried troubleshooting the activation, it keeps giving me the 0xc004c008 and "problem connecting to server" message. I disabled firewall and used cmd to reactivate, but still same issue occurring. BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
