Windows 10: Error Code 0xC00d36E5 PLEASE HELP!!

I've tried over the last hour to recover this file and it honestly seems impossible. I checked a previous thread with this question, and none of the options helped me. I'm sending files from my phone to my computer via Bluetooth, and I thought all of the files I ported yesterday were ok. I saw the file had no thumbnail, so I clicked it and got the error message. I've tried free trials of 3rd party apps, I followed the thread and rebooted my computer a bunch of times, yet the problem still persists. I can't send it over again via Bluetooth, because once I saw the files on my computer, I deleted

Hello,

I am playing a recorded audio file on the groove music app. One particular audio file keeps giving the error code 0xc00d36e5. The other audio files are playing well. It's an M4A file.

Please do help me understand why this is happening and how I can correct it, please ?

Hi everyone,

a few days ago I lost all the footage and photos I had on a memory stick somehow and luckily - though a third party app I managed to get them all back. The problem however is that all the photos arr fine but none of the footage is
playing. The code "0xC00d36E5" comes up and it says that the file is not playable. Can anyone help me get these videos to work, I'm quite desperate.
I've tried various things, even from reading other posts on the discussion board, but they all seem to be relevant to Xbox live.

We suggest doing the following troubleshooting steps below and check if it will help resolve the issue.

Method #1:
You may boot your PC into Safe Mode and check if you'll be experiencing
the same issue. By restarting your PC into safe mode, you'll be able to know if the problem is caused by your default settings and drivers or not. To boot your PC in Safe Mode, please click

If the problem persists even in safe mode, please continue to method #2.

Method # 2:
The next step that we suggest doing is to run an
SFC scan and
DISM command to check for any corruption on your files that might be causing
the issue. To run SFC scan please click here and
follow the provided instructions. After running the SFC scan, you may check if the issue is still
on-going. If you'll still be having the same problem, the next step is running the DISM command. DISM will check your system if there's any corrupted file and automatically
fix it. Please follow the steps below:

  Press
  Windows + X.
  
• 
  Select
  Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type the following command and press

  DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  
  
  

It may take 5-10 minutes before the command will finish running reports. Do not close the command prompt window.
If the DISM command changed anything, restart your computer for the change to take effect. After restarting your device, run the SFC scan one more time and check if the issue will now be resolved.
