    Error code 0xc1900101 when trying to update to Windows 11, version 22H2


    I've been trying to upgrade to win11 with no success. At first I got code: 0x8007139f which I was able to fix by uninstalling 3rd party AV, running net stop on msiservr, cryptserv, etc and renaming system distribution and catroot2 folders. I then restarted my computer, tried to update again, got stuck at 48%, update stopped and rolled back this time got 0xc1900101. Latest update I have installed is Windows 10, version 22H2. I've ran sfc scan and dism with everything saying it's good and completed successfully. Ran update again and does the same thing producing error code 0xc1900101 . Read som

    Error code 0xc1900101 when trying to update to Windows 11, version 22H2

    Windows manually updated to 22H2 - Windows update says it is not showing Error 0xc1900101-20017

    Hey, I had my pc updated to 22H2 version manually as the windows update failed to install it automatically. Settings --> System, shows that the version is 22H2, however the windows update says that the install failed (for weeks now) the error code is Error 0xc1900101-20017. I am not sure if the windows update is the one having issues or the update is truly not installed?
