Windows 10: Error code 225 preventing me from downloading and opening steam games as well as inspecting...

I bought this pc off amazon and tried to download games such as geometry dash and dark deception, however I am prevented from doing so due to windows installer not working due to "error code 225" which is telling me it's a detecting a virus or unwanted content? is there any way I can fix this, I saved up all my money buying this and don't want this to go wasted as I can't return it

After Updating to windows 10 steam application and games dont open
