Windows 10: Error code 2503

Good morning/evening/night, I was using my computer today normally and I tried to install the spark ar studio (which is an application that creates filters for instagram etc) and some others apps and when I tried to install them , windows 10 gave me an error code 2503, I tried these methods to fix it: Give full access to the privileges to explorer.exe and to installer , tired the net user administrator, tried re-registee windoes installer but none of them is solving the error, I would appreciate any help, thank you all for your precious times .

The second issue may be related to your network. Please answer a few things for us to further understand the problem:

• Are there other devices able to connect to the internet?
• Is your computer directly connected to the modem with an Ethernet cable, or you connect it via WiFi?
• Have you already tried to restart your modem/router?
• How often does this happen?

uninstalling an app on windows 10 and getting error code 2503

Hi,

The error 2503 means that the program/application you are trying to uninstall could still be running on the computer. To stop the program from running, follow the steps below:

• Open Task Manager by typing it in the Cortana search bar and press Enter.
• Under the Processes tab, look for the application.
• Right-click it and select End task.
• After that, try uninstalling it again.
