Windows 10: Error code 2894

Windows 10, 64-bit. Error code 2894 when trying to install TurboTax. Have tried "winhelponline" and the instructions did not work. I got to "cd /d c:\windows\syswow64\" this is as far as I got. The next line would have been "TAKEOWN /F riched20.dll /a"

I am trying to install Nolo WillMaker Trust 2022 but installations fails immediately from CD or online download with cause "error code 2894", no further explanation. 1/31/23 to date no luck in installating.

Open a Command Prompt (admin) window and type the following commands:

• TAKEOWN /F c:\windows\syswow64\riched20.dll /a
  
• ICACLS c:\windows\syswow64\riched20.dll /grant administrators:F
  
• ICACLS c:\windows\syswow64\riched20.dll
  
• CERTUTIL -hashfile c:\windows\syswow64\riched20.dll sha256

It could be a typo. You may instead create a Batch file containing the list of commands and run the Bat file as administrator.
